RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns

Unused and unopened orders may be returned within 15 days of receipt for a refund. Once we receive the returned item(s) the charges will be credited to you (though shipping costs are non-refundable). Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned. This does not apply for personalized orders.

Personalized orders are non-refundable after order confirmation. Upon final approval of your personalized order we cannot accept returns due to any and all errors (such as misspelled words etc.). By approving your final proof you accept responsibility for the information and layout as shown. If errors are discovered after proof approval, we are required to charge for a reprint.

Refund Process

Most returns will process in approximately 1-2 weeks, depending on your method of return. Additional delays may occur.

A refund will then be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately two days after the processing date. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. Gift card purchases will be refunded in the form of another gift card.

Shipping & Handling Charges

Please use the chart below to estimate standard shipping and handling charges based on the pre-tax value of US orders. For express and overnight delivery, add $10 and $15 respectively.

Turnaround Time

Orders must be submitted by 11:59pm (PT) on the dates above in order to ensure that you’ll receive your items by the listed delivery date. Turnaround time is for U.S. orders only and includes processing time and shipping time. Coco and Mint offers the industry’s fastest processing time at just 2-3 days. Please note that processing times differ for foil-pressed items and shipments to Alaska and Hawaii typically require an extra day in transit.

Where We Ship

UNITED STATES (48 CONTIGUOUS STATES)

We strive to get your merchandise to you as quickly as possible. The cost for shipping is only $7.95 for your entire order in the 48 contiguous United States. Most orders are shipped the next business day after they are placed. We ship all orders in the continental US via UPS. Orders arrive within 3-7 business days unless Two Day or Next Day shipping was selected.

HAWAII AND ALASKA CUSTOMERS

The cost for shipping is $24.95 per order. Items going to Hawaii and Alaska are shipped via UPS Air and arrive within 7 business days.

MILITARY/AIR FORCE BASE CUSTOMERS

The cost for shipping is $14.95 per order. Your order will ship via UPS from our facilities to our shipping station in Connecticut where the merchandise will be inspected and then reshipped out to you via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.

CANADIAN CUSTOMERS

The cost for shipping is $24.95 per order. Your order will ship via UPS from our facilities to our international shipping station in Connecticut where the merchandise will be inspected and then reshipped out to you via Federal Express International or United States Postal Service. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. PLEASE NOTE: you will have to pay custom duties and taxes on the items you purchase and that these local fees are not included in your Coco and Mint invoice.

Shipping Procedures

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAILS

We will send you a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped that will include the UPS tracking number. You will be sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number for every shipment. You can also check the status of your order anytime by clicking on the Order Tracking link in the footer of every page on this site or by logging in to My Account and going to My Orders.

SHIPPING IN MULTIPLE PACKAGES

If your order includes several items, they may ship separately and at different times. So that we can deliver your purchases to you as efficiently as possible, items which ship from the same location are grouped together. Our shipping confirmation emails will let you know how much of your order has shipped.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

There are three easy ways to track your order:
1. Click on the Order Tracking link in the footer of each page. You will need your order number, billing last name and billing zip code.
2. Log in to My Account and go to the My Orders section. From there you will be able to choose which order you’d like to view and you will have an option to track the order.
3. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped. The email will include the UPS tracking number.

DELIVERING YOUR PACKAGE

1. We process, ship, and deliver packages Monday through Friday. At this time, we do not offer shipping or delivery on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.
2. Your order may be delayed if your shipping address is different from your billing address (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your credit information).
3. Most items are available to ship in 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted.

For maximum safety, all prints are carefully placed inside a protective cello sleeve, reinforced with rigid backer boards and shipped flat in a durable ‘Stay-Flat Envelope.

E-gift cards may be purchased online and will be emailed to your recipient. Gift cards may be purchased online or in any of our US and Canada stores, in their respective currencies.

Damaged & Lost Packages

If you have a package that was marked as delivered but you have not yet received it, we ask you take the following steps:

Check with your neighbors or front office (if applicable) to see if the package was left there

Reach out to your local post office or UPS facility.

Contact our team at help@cocoandmint.com and include your order number.

We kindly ask that you report your lost or stolen shipment within 10 days of the marked delivery date. If an order is lost after being shipped to a third party mail forwarding facility, we are unable to assume responsibility of the package once it is marked as delivered.

Please note, Coco and Mint is not responsible for refunding or reshipping lost orders due to an incorrect address at checkout.

Updating Your Account Information

To update your account contact information, simply sign into My Account . Once you’re signed in, you will be taken to your account home page where your contact and order information is saved. In the “Account Info” section, you will find your mailing address, email address as well as any saved credit card information. Simply edit the appropriate field to add or remove the information.

To change your password, select the “change password” link which will require you to enter your old password and then your updated password. Passwords must be six characters or longer.
