All prices of merchandise on cocoandmintcom are shown in U.S. Dollars (USD). Please note the final checkout price is also reflected in U.S. dollars (USD).

HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR YOUR EMAIL LIST?

As soon as we’ve packaged your order and readied it to ship, we’ll post tracking information for your shipment on your orders page*.

Don’t worry if your tracking information doesn’t display right away; there can be a delay between assigning a tracking number and when the carrier scans it in. Try again in 24 hours.

*If you’ve ordered greeting cards, unframed art prints, and some sample kits and you live in the United States, you won’t get a tracking number. We’ll send those items to you through USPS first class mail without tracking, but you should expect to see them within 5 business days.

IS MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION SAFE?

Coco and Mint uses secure server software over a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) line to protect credit card information. All personal and credit card information is encrypted so that that it cannot be read as it travels to an ordering system. Once it is received, it is stored in a location not accessible via the Internet.

Coco and Mint stands behind the quality of all of our products. If you believe your item is defective or has been damaged en route, please contact our customer service.

You will receive an email when your order ships. After your order ships, it will arrive to the shipping address within 3 to 7 business days.

CAN I SHIP AN ORDER TO A P.O. BOX?

No, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. We ship everything via UPS and need a street address for delivery.

At this time we can only have one shipping address per order. However, you may place multiple orders.

HOW MUCH POSTAGE WILL I NEED FOR MY CARDS OR INVITATIONS?

You should check USPS (or your local courier) for specific rates. The best way to make sure you’ve got the correct postage for your mailing is to take a single invitation, including any and all enclosures, to your post office to get the final word from them directly.
